Information
Ideal for removing grease from dishes and utensils, leaving them sparkling clean. Its rich foam quickly dissolves both vegetable and animal fats, while providing a special shine to the utensils. Very economical to use. Especially suitable for restaurants and bakeries. Contains glycerin for a gentle feeling on the skin.
- It is used in a ratio of 3.0 to 5.0 ml per liter of water or undiluted. Appearance: White.
- Odor: Characteristic.
- Product pH: 8.
- Shelf life: 2 years.
- Available in a box of 2 x 5 liters and canisters of 10 and 20 lt.

Application:

Manual dishwashing: Prepare a mixture with 3-5% ml/lt of water, depending on the level of dirt, at a temperature of 30°C.
Scrub well using a brush and sponge, then rinse thoroughly.
